Clérigos 82 is a rehabilitation project that brought together two buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries in a single development and is located in the center of Porto, a few meters from the Clérigos church and tower.

This project aims to give back to the building the architectural features and language of Casas do Porto and at the same time to give its interiors the comfort and quality of the contemporary times.

Composed of 16 studios, with areas between 49 and 73 m2, Clérigos 82 has 3 distinct types:

Gardens. Facing the interior of the block.
Riverside. Facing Rua dos Clérigos.
Rooftops. Located on the roof, offering a magnificent view over the city.

Near the famous tower and the church of Clérigos, you can find what is considered the most beautiful bookstore in Europe, Livraria Lello, with several ancient details that manage to create an environment capable of transporting us a century ago.

The development is also near all types of commerce, restaurants and services, as well as various green spaces such as the garden of Cordoaria.
