This plot of land has planning permission for the construction of around 1,600 sq m of housing units. The plot includes an approximately 5,000 sq m lake, a ruined building and an old 2,500 sq m factory complex (a former ceramics factory) with 5,000 sq m of construction area (council documents confirm the complex dates from before 1951).

With a new project, there is a viable possibility of construction up to a maximum of 5,000 sq m, which can be used for industry, services, hotels, rural tourism or housing units. According to the existing planning permission, the 1,600 sq m is broken down thus: 10 suites, lounges, dining rooms, kitchen, cinema, gym, massage room, games room, multi-use room, indoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub, barbecue, landscaped upper terraces, utility room, storage and technical areas.

Outside, it has an outdoor swimming pool 18 m in length, reflecting pools, 2 outdoor hot tubs (one next to the pool, the other on the landscaped terrace), tennis court, various outdoor leisure/exercise/fitness zones, etc.
